Privacy and Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

At IXRAY Chile we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the ixray.cl website, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life, as amended by Law No. 21,719.

1. Data controller

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the data of people who visit ixray.cl or contact us through its form. It does not cover the images, reports or patient data that radiology centers manage within the iXRAY platform: in that case, each center is the controller of that data and IXRAY Chile processes it on the center's behalf, under the corresponding service agreement.

3. Data we collect

Data you provide in the contact or demo form: representative's name, center name, phone or WhatsApp, email address, head-office district, number of branches, plan of interest, how you heard about us and the message you write.

Browsing data: technical information about your device and how you use the site, obtained through cookies as described in section 9. Analytics and advertising cookies are only enabled if you accept them.

We do not request sensitive or health data through this site. Please do not include it in the form message.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We do not sell your data or use it to make automated decisions that affect you.

5. Who we share data with

We only share data with providers that deliver services to us and process it on our behalf, under confidentiality and security obligations:

We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.

6. International transfers

AWS servers and Google services may be located outside Chile, mainly in the United States. In those cases, data is transferred to providers that offer adequate protection safeguards, in accordance with applicable law.

7. How long we keep data

We keep form data while we handle your request and, if no business relationship follows, for up to 2 years from our last contact. If you subscribe to the service, we keep it for the duration of the contract and for as long as legal, tax or accounting obligations require. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

As the data subject, you may exercise your rights at any time:

To exercise them, write to ceo@ixray.cl stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a means of contact. We will respond within the legal deadlines. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe we have not respected your rights, you may file a complaint with the Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).

9. Cookies

Necessary cookies are always used, because the site does not work without them. Analytics and advertising cookies are only enabled if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with the button at the end of this page or from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

10. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), hosting on AWS infrastructure, access restricted to staff who need it, and protection of the form against automated submissions.

11. Minors

This site is aimed at radiology centers and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We will publish the current version on this page, with its update date.
